Navigant’s Administrative & Office Services team provides comprehensive, quality administrative and support services to our client-serving and corporate professionals, including Managing Directors through Directors and other rank appropriate professionals. They span a wide range of vital roles, from administrative support to facilities management and office services (including production support, emergency preparedness, and file management/storage, etc.).

Navigant’s group support’s three key business segments (Energy, Healthcare, and Financial Services Advisory Compliance) in addition to 3 US regional areas (West, Central, East) and International (UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia), de-scribed below:

  1. Energy & Healthcare BPM/ West Region Coordination (14 office locations) *

  2. Healthcare Consulting & Life Sciences / Central Region Coordination (10 office locations) *

  3. Financial Services Advisory Compliance / East Region Coordination (8 office locations) *

*requires international coordination across UK & Europe (5 office locations) and Middle East & Asia (2 office locations); total of 39 offices globally

This individual manages the front desk of the office and greets all guests, clients, employees and vendors with profes-sionalism. This individual reports to the Administrative Assistant/Office Lead (aligned to the region).


  • Manage the front desk of the office and adhere to local office business hours

  • Request security access badges for employees, visitors and vendors

  • Greet Navigant guests/clients with professionalism; Check coats/bags and personal belongings for visiting guests as needed

  • Answer/direct incoming calls to appropriate internal departments and employees

  • Provide general company information and answer inquiries independently

  • Maintain front office appearance

  • Support hoteling reservations/NavSpace (office space and conference rooms)

  • Process vendor invoices

  • Support other administrative responsibilities as needed

  • Promote Navigant culture and values, and encourage an effective working environment for all

  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education or Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred


  • 2-4+ years of office experience, previous receptionist experience in an office required


  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills

  • Genuine interest in making guests and internal employees feel welcome and comfortable

  • Hospitable personality

  • Ability to professionally and efficiently assist callers and visiting guests

  • Professional appearance and demeanor with ability to exercise good judgment and discretion

  • Attention to detail, dependable/punctual

  • Able to remain stationary at the front desk for entire day

  • Able to work independently and with minimal supervision

  • Strive for excellence in all aspects of the job and work with integrity

  • Computer fluency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)

  • Communicate frequently with co-workers as well as with managers to discern their needs, and be able to express themselves

  • Work as a member of a team as well as be a self-motivator with ability to work independently

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment to coordinate work

  • Usually remains stationary for the majority of the day

  • Frequently communicates with clients and coworkers and must be able to share information effectively

  • Generally works in an office environment
