Business Office Operations AssistantThis position provides support to both the Office and Operations Managers. In assisting the Office Manager, this position will be responsible for answering and directing calls from a diverse group of industrial and public/private utility customers and clients who are responsible for maintaining critical industrial wireless data communications systems; performing accounts payable/receivable accounting and bookkeeping tasks; office filing; inbound/outbound mail processing; and maintaining adequate levels of office supplies and materials. In assisting the Operations Manager this position involves performing tasks such as generating customer product and service quotes, product purchasing and warehousing to include shipping and receiving, inventory management, serial number database management, workplace safety statistic reporting, and preparation of company marketing materials.The most qualified candidate for this role will be capable of professionally and cheerfully organizing, prioritizing, and efficiently executing multiple tasks associated with a diversified workload. This position requires proficiency with Windows operating systems, Quickbooks, and the Microsoft Office suite. Anyone that might fit well at Larson Data Communications must be reliable, flexible, people-oriented, friendly, patient, fast learning, quick thinking, and demonstrate initiative and detail oriented task responsibility in response to sometimes urgent customer circumstances.
