Create and analyze reports to develop sound recommendations for most efficient and cost-effective capacity levels. Analyze unforeseen and ongoing, operation changes and challenges and make timely recommendations to Management. Perform audits as required.Develop, plan, and schedule TPD production resources to meet established production demands. Analyze resources scheduling reports and make recommendations to changes in labor and process flow. Make efficiency recommendations by reviewing and analyzing production improvements and related costs.Develop plans which assess labor loading and capacity requirements to ensure most cost-effective, efficient schedule is developed and implemented.Evaluates and makes decisions regarding shortages in labor, equipment, backlogs and other schedule interruptions which impact the operations ability to meet product demands for customers. Assess effects of supply cycles.Monitors Manufacturing processes promoting continuous improvements for increased manufacturing efficiencies, utilizing time studies, OEE Data and Statistical Process Control.Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience acceptable, plus two (2) years experience.Strong PC/Data Base knowledge specifically in Excel and ERP Systems.
